As part of our development, we are excited to announce that we have moved into new premises! This move has been a long time in the making and we cannot wait to welcome you to our new clinic for chiropractic and physio treatment.
About our New Clinic
Whilst we have changed premises, we have not moved far! We are still located in Burgess Hill, only now we are on Church Road, just a two-minute walk from our old clinic.
We are excited about our new place as we are now located on a popular road in town with parking close by. This means that our existing clients can still reach us with ease, and new clients will find us even more easily too!
Our new premises have 3 individual treatment rooms. We are very excited about this as it allows each member of our team to have their room. We believe that this is important for a variety of reasons.
Firstly, our team members have their own space to work and organise themselves. This is important as it allows them to focus on providing the best care possible to visiting clients. As our team become more focused and motivated, the level of treatment only increases, which helps our client's recovery. Whether it is chiropractic care or physio treatment, our team will be more motivated than ever to help clients get back to full strength!
Second of all, our rooms allow us to guarantee complete privacy. Each office is completely private, and each therapist can keep all information safe in their room. Whilst we have always valued confidentiality, our new premises only helps us guarantee further that all information shared remains confidential between the therapist and client.
Finally, as clients visit our premises more often as they receive treatment, the consistency of staying in the same office only helps the process. As clients become more familiar and comfortable in a room, the more effective the treatment becomes. This is because clients can focus on the treatment and relax as they are familiar with the environment. This is very important to us as we understand that client relaxation is a crucial part of providing treatment.
What This Means for Clients
Whilst there may initially be a minor inconvenience for clients as they find our new premises, we believe that this move is beneficial! Aside from the points highlighted above, there are many benefits for clients.
As the new premises are located on Church Road, clients should find us easier to locate. This removes the stress of trying to find our offices and then hindering clients from relaxing during their sessions with us.
Another great benefit is that the clinic will be more spacious. This means that more physio treatment can be carried out and staff can accommodate a higher volume of clients. In turn, this should help to reduce waiting times for appointments!
Our new premises also gets a lot more sunlight, particularly in our waiting room. This only helps our clients relax as our clinic appears more welcoming and relaxing to those entering. It also encourages new clients to visit us and allows us to help more people get back to their best through our chiropractic and physio treatments.
We understand that some of our clients have been with us for many years and have become accustomed to our current location. However, we hope that they will see the benefits of the move and continue their physio journey with us at our new site!
Our Treatments
Whilst things may look different, we are still the same at heart. So, that means that we will continue to provide high-quality chiropractic and physio treatment to all of our clients.
Chiropractic Care
We provide high-quality chiropractic care to patients of all ages. If you require chiropractic treatment, be sure to get in touch with Ben, who will be able to guide you through the process.
When visiting our clinic, we will start by analysing your health and performing an assessment of your ailment or injury. This will allow us to develop a treatment plan that is tailored specifically to you. We believe that this individualised approach is the best way to achieve the best results for our patients.
Following this, we will perform one, or multiple treatments to help your pain. This will include Spinal Manipulation and Mobilisation. Spinal manipulation is a type of manual manipulation that refers to a high-velocity, short lever arm thrust that is applied to the abnormal vertebra to improve functionality, and range of movement and relieve pain. This type of manipulation is often used to treat back pain, neck pain, and other musculoskeletal complaints.
Physiotherapy
If you require physio treatment, our physiotherapist Marcin will be on hand to help you! Marcin is highly skilled in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of conditions.
Treatment will begin with a health assessment and evaluation of your injury or ailment. Marcin will ask you questions about your symptoms and how the problem has been affecting your daily life. He will also examine the affected area to determine the cause of the problem. Based on this information, Marcin will create a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs.
The treatment plan could consist of multiple aspects, including physical therapy, Electro-therapy, taping, medical acupuncture and more. Regardless of your condition, you can be certain that Marcin will provide the most suitable and effective physio treatment to help you!
Sport Injuries
Many of our clients visit us with injuries sustained from sports. All members of our team are experienced in dealing with sporting injuries, especially Katie - our resident sports therapist.
All members of our team will be able to diagnose your injury and prescribe the best treatment possible to help clients' recovery. Furthermore, suitable exercises will be provided to support the therapy that we provide and enable clients to maximise their recovery from home.
