We take a holistic approach to treatment. Our highly trained team of professionals administer a range of treatments and preventative approaches that are tailored to each individual patient.

CHIROPRACTIC

Whether you have postural issues from sitting or standing for long periods, or from a heavy or repetitive job, your spine, pelvis and other structures take the load.  When your spinal joints or discs are put under too much pressure, the nerves, muscles, bones and blood supply can all be affected.

Chiropractors are trained in medical diagnosis, orthopaedics and neurology.  Their approach incorporates the medical fact that your nervous system co-ordinates your body and how it reacts to injury and stress.  As primary healthcare providers in the UK you can trust your chiropractor's diagnosis, treatment, or indeed referral, to send you down the right path to recovery.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Physiotherapy is probably the most well known and trusted discipline of musculoskeletal health having been developed alongside medicine since its inception in the 1800's, helping sports men/women, the general population and the elderly & infirm.  Physiotherapists are concerned with helping you recover from injury and illness through applied manual therapy, exercise and lifestyle advice.

Functional diagnostic skills allow your physiotherapist to build a plan for your recovery and you will be encouraged to take an active role in getting better.

SPORTS THERAPY & MASSAGE

Soft tissue therapy is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments. It is applicable not just to sports people but to anybody wishing to guard against or recover from a soft tissue injury.

Sports and remedial massage is a type of therapy based on classical Swedish massage, with the addition of more advanced soft tissue therapy such as trigger point work and active stretching techniques.
