Ben graduated in 2004 from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and continued his postgraduate work in Cardiff and Newport with highly regarded Cardiff City FC chiropractor, Rainer Wieser DC FRCC. He moved to Orpington, where he was hired to introduce and develope a new rehabilitation approach to their clinic. It was this highly successful model that Ben brought to the Burgess Hill clinic and re-launched it as Falcon Health in 2011.
Ben discovered chiropractic, in particular Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), when his mother was helped with her back and shoulder pain and, rather dramatically, with her migraines of 17 years! This type of case has continued to be a passion of his over the last decade and Ben has more recently gained further qualification in Advanced SOT, one of only seventeen listed in the UK, to help with his specialist clinic, The Headache Clinic.
Jeremy graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic. Since then he has treated a wide range of patients, from babies only a few days old to great grandparents approaching a century, adapting his treatments to the patient's needs.
Jeremy has a particular interest in functional anatomy and is always investigating to find the root cause of an injury - be it an ankle problem, an unstable pelvis or postural changes in the shoulder. This and his love of neurology led him to study chiropractic above other health disciplines. He finds Sacro Occipital Technique useful in providing the most effective treatment for his patients.
His recent qualification in Medical Acupuncture has integrated well in to his specialist clinic, The Sports Injury Clinic, where he focuses on helping patients break the injury cycle, find and overcome their weaknesses and improve performance.
Katie qualified in Sports & Remedial Massage in 2010 and has worked in private practice in Sussex since then.
Beforehand she played international level lacrosse for over 10 years, representing Wales in two world cups, and it was during this time that Katie experienced first hand how sports massage can be of benefit. Now, as a mum of two, she also sees the benefits of massage to the non-sporting person in resolving a nagging pain, increasing muscle condition and preventing injury. Katie works closely with Jeremy Dakeyne as part of The Sports Injury Clinic.
